For over 17 years, I have worked directly with organizations to improve leadership commitment and competence through customized curriculum, one-on-one coaching, and team development. In addition to supporting employers with organization and leadership development, I oversee the design and delivery of workshops and webinars regularly attended by business leaders, managers and HR professionals.
