Course Overview

Welcome to this course on effective one on one meetings. This course is for both supervisors and employees who are looking to improve their communication and performance discussions.

In addition to regular feedback, regular one on one or “touch base” meetings are the most important performance management activity.

Done well, these conversations engage and develop employees, foster accountability, and allow for more proactive coaching and support. 

Having a clear process with roles and expectations is important. In this course we will cover both the skills and a process that supervisors and employees can implement to ensure meaningful and productive conversations.
