Brandon Laws is the Vice President of Marketing and Product at Xenium HR and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Since joining the company in 2008, Brandon has played a key role in shaping Xenium’s brand and digital presence while continuously adapting to the rapidly evolving world of HR and employee experience.

What began as an operations role turned into a marketing journey fueled by curiosity, grit, and a desire to add value. As digital tools emerged, Brandon seized the opportunity to bring marketing in-house, helping elevate Xenium’s visibility and connect more meaningfully with clients. Today, he leads both the marketing and product functions—ensuring Xenium stays ahead of industry trends, meets the rising expectations of modern employees, and delivers a seamless, tech-forward experience for clients and internal teams alike.

Brandon is perhaps best known as the host of Transform Your Workplace, a podcast he launched in 2012 with a mic, a marketing budget, and a bold idea. Since then, the show has grown to over 550+ episodes and 1.5 million downloads, helping HR professionals and leaders create stronger, healthier workplace cultures through practical insights and expert interviews.

A lifelong learner and teacher at heart, Brandon is passionate about helping others grow. Whether he’s launching new initiatives, mentoring others on emerging technologies like AI, or simplifying complex tools through training and content, he’s always finding ways to empower people and organizations.

An Oregon native, Brandon lives in Newberg with his wife, Angela, their two kids, and a lively mix of pets. Outside of work, you’ll find him reading, golfing, or cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers.
